Semantic Cite (SCI) 2.1.1 released

Hello everyone, we are happy to announce the release of version 2.1.1 of the Semantic Cite (SCI) extension. [0] This maintenance release fixes support for MediaWiki 1.31.x and brings translation updates for system messages. Note that this extension requires MediaWiki 1.31 and later, Semantic MediaWiki 3.0 and later as well as PHP 7.0 and later. All unchanged.
