Subobject distinct representation

The following (declared twice) will only create one entity since both declarations represent the same "Knowledge".
{{#subobject: Has name=Foo }} === {{#subobject: Has name=Foo }}
The following will create two distinct entities due to each declaration not being the same and cannot be used interchangeably (== missing reciprocity).
{{#subobject: Has name=Foo |@sortkey=Foo1}} !== {{#subobject: Has name=Foo |@sortkey=Foo2}}
